Working closely with our Principals, you'll lead project delivery, mentor talented engineers, and build lasting relationships with clients across a diverse portfolio of urban development projects. Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from due diligence through to construction.; Manage development applications, design coordination, and contract administration.; Build and strengthen relationships with developers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.; Support project planning and resource management to ensure successful project outcomes.; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.; Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the Perth business.; Manage project risks and commercial outcomes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in civil engineering; Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery; Demonstrated leadership and project management skills; Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management; High level industry awareness and engagement; CPEng certification desirable
