The Role: Our client is a specialist surveying firm growing its Otago operation, and they need a Senior Surveyor to join the project full-time. You'll work alongside an experienced site manager, with a clear path to step into a 2IC role as the business grows and the manager focuses on regional development. Responsibilities

Construction survey support across a large-scale, multi-building hospital development; Setting out, as-builts, monitoring, and control network establishment; Working alongside the site manager with a view to stepping into 2IC; Contributing to a growing Otago surveying operation

Requirements

5+ years in construction or engineering surveying; Confidence running survey control and complex set-out on large builds; Strong proficiency with modern total station and GNSS equipment; A practical, solutions-focused attitude on site; NZ residency or valid work visa
