Senior Fullstack Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep back-end expertise to help shape the architecture of our next-generation energy market platform. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership across settlement processing, bid submission, market workflows, and platform APIs. The majority of development is back-end focused, with front-end work serving as a secondary responsibility.

Responsibilities

Design architecture for scalable platform services; Lead implementation of back-end systems in C#/.NET; Define API and service design patterns; Guide database architecture and performance optimization; Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical coaching; Contribute to JavaScript front-end development when appropriate; Drive engineering best practices, testing, and operational excellence; Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on technical direction; Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and quality

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience; Strong expertise in C#/.NET; Experience designing distributed systems and APIs; Deep SQL Server expertise; Working knowledge of JavaScript; Experience leading technical design and architecture; Strong communication and mentoring skills
