Senior Game Designer

Requirements

5+ years of experience in game design (preferably with iGaming, real-money gaming); Proven track record of shipped titles; Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops; Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion); Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles; Experience writing clear and structured GDDs; Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams; Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives

Nice to have

Experience designing live betting products, slot games or live casino products; Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes; Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization; Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. pixi.js, 2D engine); Passion for Sports industry
