Senior IT Support Administrator W/M

Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support for teams in Paris and remotely (ticketing and training); Manage onboarding/offboarding including equipment and software provisioning, machine preparation, introducing new employees to IT environment and security protocols; Manage operations for external partners and freelancers; Manage IT security metrics monitoring (alerts) and non-compliance against internal IT policies; Manage access to all tools, including account creation and rights management, monitoring and auditing; Organize global and specialized trainings; Set up a knowledge base and monitoring tools

Requirements

Initial experience as an IT Support Administrator; Comfortable with Apple environments; Familiar with administration of SaaS (Google Workspace, MDM like Jamf, ticket management tool); Taste for exchange and communication; Rigorous and able to solve problems completely autonomously; Sensitive to security and compliance issues (data protection, access rights management); Speak and write in English and French; Energized by an ever-shifting work environment; Highly collaborative; Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions

Nice to have

Experience in a context of strong growth and heavy use of SaaS; Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2
