We are seeking a talented Senior Software Manager to join our Gracenote Tech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Engineering Leadership, Technology, Solving AI led Engineering problems, People Management Skills & Engineering Operational Excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in software engineering; 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, preferably managing engineering teams of 12+ people; Deep understanding of platforms and tech stacks such as Kafka, distributed systems, relational databases; Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, SCALA, GoLang; Passion for technology and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and advancements; Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.); Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule; Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
