Senior Manager – Structured Reinsurance

The Company would like to hire a Senior Manager / Manager Structured Reinsurance to support the further expansion of its portfolio of in-force structured reinsurance and new life reinsurance transactions in Europe.

Responsibilities

To lead and support the completion of new structured life reinsurance transactions; Support development and structure of new bespoke reinsurance solutions which provides risk mitigation and optimise capital for clients under Solvency II; To underwrite, price and recommend new transactions in line with group risk appetite, pricing, tax and compliance requirements; To manage and grow relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure the Company’s new business targets are achieved

Requirements

An actuarial qualification or at least master’s level in a similar discipline with 5+ years post qualification experience; Experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions; Good understanding of Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance; Strong numerical skills with a good understanding of financial metrics; Fluent English
