Senior Partner Project Manager

Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, with a mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment. The role involves end-to-end management of big events, coordinating stakeholders and internal teams, managing requirements with product and engineering, and ensuring complete project documentation.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signing of the commercial contract by the sales and legal team until the final closing of the event; Act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to all internal teams; Manage other departments' tasks to make things happen on time and in form; Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to deliver them; Consolidate and prioritize requirements with the product team; Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to address potential user incidents managed by the user support team; Ensure all project requirements have the necessary documentation; Be present on site during launches or other important dates when required

Requirements

Degree qualified; Project management background; 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background; Fluent English and German; Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills; Solution-focused mindset; Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships; Highly organized and efficient; Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent; Able to think strategically; Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams; Comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure delivery of requirements on time; Able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment; Detail-oriented
