Senior Planner

Senior Planner / Tender Planner - Tamworth - Up to £75,000 per annum + Company Car or Allowance. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity where you can showcase your buildability and planning skills, then keep reading. This essential position will enable you to join a Work Winning team within the Civil Engineering sector for huge contractor. You will be joining a well-established organisation, expanding due to project wins within the Water and Energy sectors. You will work closely with the Estimating and Bid teams and focus solely on Planning input into Pre-Construction bidding phase on a variety of schemes. Most projects will be within the Water & Energy Sector, but you will also have the opportunity to work on projects within the Rail and Highways sectors. With your extensive experience of using P6, you will be constructing competitive bids from scratch and build the Construction programme for presentation to the client. This will include sourcing information from the Operational teams and using your technical knowledge to assess buildability into realistic and efficient plans. Upon project award you will then support the delivery of the Plan from the Construction Phase of the programme, through to completion.

Responsibilities

Requirements

P6 Primavera experience; Civil engineering project experience; Onsite knowledge of buildability
