As a Senior Principal Flooding Engineer (15+ years' experience) in our team, your impact will be in the successful delivery of projects for flood management clients and helping ensure development is flood appropriate.

Responsibilities

Manage and/or support projects at various lifecycle stages related to large scale flood mapping, Council based flood mitigation prioritisation, concept design of flood mitigation, drainage scheme works, flood impact assessments.; Financial management of projects by forecasting, monitoring time and cost expended on project and budget health, working with client to obtain approval for any changes to scope of work; Prepare project deliverables and documentation of varying nature and ensuring these meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.; Participating in client management and supporting broader business development activities

Requirements

15+ years’ experience is a similar role; Relevant tertiary qualifications; CPEng and/or NER (highly desirable); Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
