Senior Product Marketing Manager

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for our core enterprise product lines. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing and own product positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution across multiple customer segments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for assigned product lines; Lead product launch campaigns and feature releases; Conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis; Build and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare benefits and provider landscape; Collaborate with Product Leadership to inform product strategy; Own thought leadership and content strategy

Requirements

7+ years in B2B product marketing; Track record of launching products or managing strategic repositioning initiatives at companies with high caliber customers; Exceptional analytical skills, including building and interpreting financial models and conducting cohort analysis; Deep comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical and business concepts; Demonstrated ability to partner across functions and influence without authority; Intellectual curiosity and interest in healthcare economics, benefits design, or data-driven decision making; Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team; Willing to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
