Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-5 people; Establish project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule); Fulfill contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities; Focus on healthcare-specific planning and client relationships; Lead or assist on internal production and delivery of architectural drawings; Interface with clients; Lead meetings during the construction administration phase of a project

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects; Prior experience with healthcare facility design; B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree; Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes; Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit; Collaborative, flexible and well-rounded; Proven experience in making your voice heard to fulfill the design goals of the firm; Ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and contractors; Ability to thrive working independently and collaboratively; Passionate about design and comfortable explaining design choices; Strong foundation of technical knowledge and familiarity with both interior and exterior detailing
