Senior Software Engineer (CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

As a Senior Software Engineer at STR, you will help develop disruptive technologies focused on estimation theory, prediction and system resource management. You will design and implement flexible software solutions and collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams. You will provide high-impact, unique solutions for our customers’ most important problems.

Requirements

Active Top Secret Clearance Required with SCI eligibility, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government; BS + 5 years, MS + 3 years, PhD or equivalent experience in computer science or related field; Proficient in writing maintainable, well documented code and APIs; Able to work and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams; Experience using Linux; Expertise using C++, Python, and Java; Experience with container-based software (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have

Have experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas; Have experience with micro-service architecture and DevOps pipelines
