Senior Software Engineer, Predict

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to primarily focus on back-end development, contributing to the maintenance and new feature development of our advertising technology platform. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to drive innovative solutions. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

Primarily engage in back-end development with potential for some front-end development; Contribute to maintenance (30-40%) and new feature development (60-70%); Participate in two-week sprints using ClickUp for project management; Collaborate with product managers on sprint planning and contribute to technical and product roadmaps

Requirements

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on back-end development; Proficiency in Ruby on Rails; Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT); Strong proficiency in SQL; Proven ability to contribute to development projects and work independently with minimal supervision; Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes and improve code quality; Strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and a desire to learn

Experience with Python, Go, ReactJS, or Java
