Responsibilities

Lead the design, validation, and implementation of IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems (BMS).; Coordinate projects involving CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and building automation technologies.; Manage the integration of smart building technologies to ensure operational efficiency and system connectivity.; Monitor project progress, technical deliverables, and change management activities.; Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.; Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems, Smart Buildings, or Special Systems projects.; Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, GPON, structured cabling, automation, and security systems.; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office Suite.; Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
