Senior Staff Engineer - Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.; Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.; Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.; Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.; Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.; Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies.; Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.; Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.; PMP certification preferred.; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have.; Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.; Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.; Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.; Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.; Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
