Are you a Senior Systems Engineer with experience working with mechanical, electrical, and process systems in a highly regulated industry (Nuclear, Aerospace, Defence, etc.)? Assystem’s Defence & Decommissioning Strategic Business Unit is expanding and we are looking for skilled Systems Engineers for our Defence packages of work.

Requirements

💡 Experience in complex regulated industry essential (i.e. Nuclear, Aerospace, etc.); 💡 Experience in Nuclear industry desirable.; 💡 Foundation background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is acceptable.; 💡 Degree in engineering or STEM subject is mandatory or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.; 💡 Systems thinking and systems engineering processes is mandatory.; 💡 Systems engineering training/qualifications desirable.; 💡 Willing to accept a candidate with SE experience and a desire to move into this field if they can demonstrate competence.; 💡 Experience operating Rationale DOORS software as a practitioner is desirable.; 💡 Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering is desirable.; 💡 Awareness of relevant BS or INCOSE standards desirable
