Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer (Web & UX) who wants to make an impact by crafting experiences that create emotional connections and inspire action. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in shaping how these causes engage their audiences. Everything we do is rooted in deep strategic thinking informed by discovery and research, and you’ll play a key part in gathering insights and translating them into meaningful creative solutions. You’ll help clients refresh or reimagine their brands and deliver highly conceptual, strategically grounded designs and UX deliverables.

Requirements

Creative; Strategic; Innovative; Well-spoken; Committed to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment; Passionate; Curious; Friendly; 5+ years in UX and web design; Maintain own website portfolio with a large collection of inspiring work samples; Ability to design in a variety of styles and execute unique yet functional solutions to websites’ most common problems; Adept at developing logos and visual brand systems; Experience working with and developing component-based design systems in Figma, including advanced functionality like auto-layout, libraries, styles, tokens and variables; Comfortable building nuanced creative narratives and confidently pitching work to executive teams; Collaborative with demonstrated experience working with writers and strategists to develop holistic creative solutions
