We are looking for Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in their assigned area. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in assigned area; Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction; Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations; Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer; Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food; Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned; Maintain knowledge of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium; Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management; Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies; Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training; Complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age; Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays); Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards; Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests; Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds; Flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events; Enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods; Two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant; High school diploma or equivalent; Practice safe work habits and complete safety training; Ability to attain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events; Strong attention to detail; Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes; Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
