Airbus is looking for a Service Delivery Lead - Native HANA to join the Analytics and Data Product Team in Bangalore, India location.

Service Delivery Leader will be performing roles and responsibilities of IT Operations Lead(ITOPS) in ERP CoE Logistics and Planning Team, which is based out of Bangalore. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.

ERP CoE Logistics and Planning is responsible for providing digital applications to the operators in the Production, Warehouse and Transport Distribution business functions. Consequently, the Analytics and Data Product Team provides Analytics Applications & Structured Data for Airbus Supply Chain & Logistics.
Our vision is to support Data Transparency at all points of the Industrial Supply Chain, with accurate data thus facilitating decision-making and improving performance.

Responsibilities

Manage the applications effectively throughout its lifecycle, maintain business continuity and ensure compliance with regulations; Ensure that the application works according to the specification; Manage the application's complexity, understanding its impact on users and processes, and aligning it with business needs; Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio; Maintain the Analytics Applications in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs; Define the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager; Monitor, report and manage the fulfilment of the SLAs; Explore new technologies and perform a POC on Analytics; Development, design and peer review responsibilities; Manage change into production and ensure hypercare support; Ensure business continuity by maintaining existing applications and understanding the application's impact on users and processes; Ensure data compliance and export control, preventing business disruption due to unmaintained applications; Responsible for application/service performance and provide expertise support to the full chain of support; Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement; Identify and propose service improvement; Evolve existing applications; Ensure the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades

Requirements

As an expert SAP Native HANA Specialist, should understand business processes, Data Layer and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest best practices and Golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications; Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development; Experience in working with code versioning (Hanastudio, Web IDE, GIT Hub); Performance Monitoring on SAP HANA; Good knowledge of HANA Objects (Table Functions, SQL, CV, Database Procedure); Data visualization (SAC, Qlik); Expertise in data compliance and export control, fundamental knowledge of DevOps, Security, Sustainable IT and architecture standards; Basic knowledge of the tech stack used in standalone applications/services; Knowledge of budget acquisition; Managing requirements and understanding business processes; Understanding the data produced and consumed by the app; Service Management including incident management, maintaining documentation and knowledge articles; Basic knowledge of IT & Business Strategy; Ability to work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team using an agile mind-set and methodology

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP ABAP and SAPUI5; Knowledge on other Products/Tools on Analytics or Data products (e.g., Skywise, Pyspark, Python, Ontology, Foundry)
