ServiceNow ITSM Architect

Responsibilities

Design ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities that help operational teams deliver reliable IT services; Translate business requirements into ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, and related modules; Recommend solution designs that improve usability, security, system performance, and day-to-day operations; Develop integrations between the platform and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, and SAML; Maintain architecture standards and governance guidelines to ensure consistency across implementations; Review technical designs, address complex challenges, and provide guidance to development teams; Configure CMDB, roles, ACLs, and access controls to maintain data integrity, service mapping, and compliance requirements; Improve workflows through Flow Designer and platform automation to reduce manual effort and simplify service management; Support platform upgrades, resolve complex production issues, and mentor development teams during implementation

Requirements
