Job Summary

- Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets

Responsibilities

Follow 5S, safety regulation and quality standard at all the Time; Comply with company policies, EHS requirement and industry regulations; Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations; Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output , quality and cycle time targets

Requirements

Minimum qualification of Degree; At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor; Willingness and ability to work in shifts; Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point
