Shipping Associate I

The Shipping Associate I ensures customer delight in a cross-functional support role within the shipping department. This role is expected to receive valves into the shipping area, pack, close and ship customer orders.

Responsibilities

Receive valves from assembly accurately; Collect all material for Manifold Assembly; Verify material against BOM; Match MO’s for kit orders; Assemble boxes; Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of material being packed and shipped to our customers; Coordinate shipping documents; Ensure Product is properly packed and organized per written and verbal instructions for accurate, and safe delivery; Label shipments of products using marking tools; Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records; Measure, weigh, and count products and materials; Examine and inspect shipment, materials, and products to verify packing specifications are met; Prep orders for Packers; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

HS diploma or Equivalent; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Strong attention to detail; Beginner computer skills; Coordinate workflow with other team members; Ability to operate material handling machinery such as pallet jacks, electric banders, and skid wrappers; Lift and move 50 pounds repetitively; Walk and stand for long periods of time; Push carts with heavy loads; PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes; Must have US work authorization; Indefinite U.S work authorized individuals only
