Showroom Liaison

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of our custom closet showrooms. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients while supporting our design team and ensuring the showroom consistently reflects our brand standards.

Responsibilities

Open and close the showroom in accordance with scheduled hours; Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroom; Ensure displays, samples, and materials are properly stocked and visually appealing; Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure showroom readiness at all times; Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional manner; Provide an overview of products, materials, and showroom displays; Answer questions and help guide clients through the showroom experience; Capture and route customer inquiries or leads to the appropriate designer; Assist designers during in-showroom client appointments as needed; Prepare materials, samples, or workspaces for client meetings; Provide general administrative and operational support to the design team; Support the Customer Liaison team by fielding and scheduling new leads

Requirements

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Highly organized with attention to detail; Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to have

Interior Design or home-related background; CAD knowledge and/or experience
