SIGDEV Analyst 1 (CCAs Accepted)

In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. The contract has a current opening for a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.

Support 24x7 operations; Maintain the customer's computers and networks; Ensure front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe; Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses; Focus on data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP

Requirements

TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly; At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support; Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications; Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line; FORNSAT experience is required; Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems; DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration; Basic troubleshooting experience; Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly; Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies; Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations; Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors; Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities; Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development; Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information; Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development; Ability to identify target communications within the global network; United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required

Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course 450; Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course 451; Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python); Familiarity with Apache NiFi; Basic knowledge of network protocols
