Site Manager

Site Manager Essex. 6 Month Contract – Umbrella - up to £450 a day. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager, preferably with Groundworks & Drainage experience, to oversee the construction of a new station building as part of a major £6 million redevelopment project at Witham Station in Essex. The project is for 18 months, so the contract will likely be extended. The project includes the construction of a new station building, a new forecourt and car park, new Ticket Office, a station rewire, as well as associated civils works. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Earthworks, Groundworks, Drainage and Civils, preferably experienced of Station Redevelopments, for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and will be confident managing operational teams within busy project environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and collaborative Site Manager looking for a long-term contract. You are required to hold Valid CSCS, Valid SMSTS, PTS.
