Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager, preferably with Steel Frames experience, to oversee the internal construction and fit-out of a new station building as part of a major £6 million redevelopment project at Witham Station in Essex. The project is for 18 months, so the contract will likely be extended. The project includes the construction of a new station building, a new forecourt and car park, new ticket office, a station rewire, as well as associated civils works. Site hours are 7.30am to 5pm, with occasional nights / weekend work.

Requirements

Experienced Fit-Out Site Manager; Previous experience working Steel Frame projects; Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors; Confident managing operational teams within busy project environments; Valid CSCS; Valid SMSTS; PTS
