Skilled Residential Handyman (LA Metro Area)

We're looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our private property management team. Ideal candidate will work closely with us to provide high-quality handyman, repair, and proactive maintenance services for our member's primary homes. You should be friendly, professional, and comfortable doing basic handyman work.

Responsibilities

Proactive maintenance – keep major appliances and home systems maintained on an established schedule; Home repairs – mount artwork, patch drywall, touch-up paint, adjust fixtures, and similar tasks; Basic electrical & plumbing – install light fixtures and thermostats, replace light switches, troubleshoot outlets, install faucets, clear clogged drains; Other property management tasks – pick up packages, take in mail, hang holiday lights, fill car tires with air

Requirements

Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques; Quality and attention to detail is a priority; Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, friendly, helpful, and professional; You have your own general tools, and can use them safely and effectively; You have your own vehicle, and can reliably travel around the LA; A clean background check and drivers license; Friendly, professional, and comfortable doing basic handyman work

Nice to have

Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role, ideally in residential homes
