As a specialist, support Application Owners to ensure governance, compliance and audit readiness of their IT applications. Control and coordinate periodic governance activities such as Access reviews, Risk assessments, Control validations, Policy attestations, Audit evidence collection. Responsible for ensuring mandatory governance activities are completed within timelines. Participate in Internal / External Audits on behalf of IT Owner. Support the IT governance and IT assurance regulatory landscape for the Bosch group of companies, taking national and international standards into account (CRA, EU AI Act, etc.). Actively participate in international and interdisciplinary teams including Internal Control System. Prepare Governance Dashboards to report to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Compliance, Application Support, & Risk Management; Strong communication and presentation skills; Possess Collaboration and Team Mindset; Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability for the tasks; Good problem solving and Analytical thinking
