Social Media Content Producer

As the Social Media Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission online. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media and other content that engages our target audience, promotes our educational offerings, and builds our brand.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and share engaging content daily across key social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn); Create visually appealing, on-trend, and informative posts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience; Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals; Contribute to and implement the overall social media strategy designed to expand awareness of and interest in Campus; Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform what we make next; Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

2+ years experience in a social media and or content creation role; Excellent content creation skills: shooting video (at least on iPhone), video editing, and basic graphic design; Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok; Undeniable taste and high standards for your own reactive work; Adaptable, flexible and have the capacity to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape; Team player: collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Organized and detail-oriented: a knack for managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently

Nice to have

Familiarity with Figma for visual design; Being game to be on-camera on occasion
