Software Engineer-Angular (Chennai)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Angular and modern frontend technologies.

The role involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI capabilities.

Good-to-Have Technical Skills

- Python development experience
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies and AI-driven applications
- Prompt Engineering
- Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Datadog / Coralogix
- SonarQube / GitHub CodeQL / Cycode
- Playwright / Cypress / Selenium

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using Angular and related technologies.; Implement features based on business and technical requirements.; Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers.; Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.; Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.; Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.; Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution.; Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.; Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and quality engineering practices.

Requirements

Angular; TypeScript; JavaScript (ES6+); HTML5; CSS3 / SCSS; Node.js; REST API integration; Git / GitHub; GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools; Unit testing using:; Jest; Karma/Jasmine; Good verbal and written communication skills.; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.; Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.; Strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.; Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.; Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.; 3-4 years of software development experience; Hands-on experience building Angular-based web applications; Experience integrating REST APIs and working in Agile/Scrum teams; Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications
