Software IT Project Manager

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a permanent, full-time Software/IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead the charge on real-world, user-centered projects from conception to execution; Collaborate with a creative and collaborative team of developers and IT professionals; Leverage your expertise to define project schedules and craft clear project plans; Drive results by keeping executives and stakeholders informed through clear, concise communication; Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion; Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables; Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation; Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution; Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders; Monitor project progress and track variances against goals; Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; Lead project closeout with required deliverables; Continuously develop leadership skills; Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices; Recommend and implement process improvements; Foster a culture of accountability within the project team; Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience; 3+ years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment; Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects; Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
