Requirements

YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE…; Proven experience in fine dining establishments, banquet services, or catering environments; Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a culinary setting; Strong background in food production, kitchen management, and food safety protocols; Excellent knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and food handling procedures; Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment; Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team; Culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines; Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred; Knowledge of dietary requirements and accommodations for special diets; Relevant certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent are highly desirable
