Spa Concierge

The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for but not limited to: Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments; Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in; Touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities; Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task. Our mission at The Spa at Chatham Bars Inn is to provide personalized and friendly service, as well as a memorable experience for our guests.

Requirements

Engaging and welcoming personality; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests; Excellent communication skills; Ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs and occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs; Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; Outgoing personality; Willingness to learn; Ability to multi-task

Nice to have

CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
