Spa Nail Technician

Responsibilities

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner; Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel; Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper attire and name tag when working; Always comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations; Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; Must, at all times, to be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees; Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order; Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies; Provide spa tours as necessary; Promote and sell spa approved facial and body products using prescription pad; Check appointment schedule and print daily activities as required as well as complete daily reports; Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products; Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections; Maintain current licenses and certifications as required; May be called upon to assist with front desk or locker room functions; Attend meetings/training as required by management; Perform other duties as requested by manager

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience as a nail technician; State License; Excellent Customer Service skills
