Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards.; Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience from start to finish.; Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs.; Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas.; Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.; Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained.; Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.; Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers and wellness initiatives.; Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.; Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment.; Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness principles.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; High attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.; Good physical stamina and professional appearance.; Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
