Sr. Construction Project Manager - Commercial / Government

A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville, MD is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of local, county, and state government projects.

Responsibilities

Review design-build drawings for coordination; Provide submittals, construction schedule; Monitor project deliverables; Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress; Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them; Be able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size from $100,000 to over $5 million

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of local, county, and state government projects; Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management; Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; Strong PC skills with expert knowledge of various office and construction scheduling software

Nice to have

Professional Maryland architectural / engineering license; Working experience with local DC area local government agencies
