Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Remote)

We’re seeking a Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals; Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact; Guide how Rula grows as an individual contributor

Requirements

7+ years of progressive finance experience, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; At least 2 years of experience directly related to transactional finance, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking; Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics; Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences; Health care industry or relevant consulting experience

Nice to have

MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus; Experience with contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models; Background in a high-growth, marketplace environment, or scaling company; Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
