Sr Manager, Supply Chain Finance – Logistics & Transportation

You will make a lasting impact by serving as the strategic finance partner for a $600MM Logistics & Transportation budget, driving financial visibility, operational excellence, and cost optimization across the Snacks Supply Chain network. Partnering with senior leaders, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, influence key business decisions, and help shape logistics strategies that deliver best-in-class performance. Through your leadership, you will strengthen financial discipline, advance reporting and analytics capabilities, identify risks and opportunities, and develop a high-performing finance team—creating measurable value for the business while helping build the future of Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the $600MM Logistics and Transportation budget; Serve as the finance partner for the Snacks division to SVP, Customer Logistics and provide actionable insights; Drive SC performance for Logistics & Transportation by improving financial visibility, implementing standardized KPIs, and working with business partners to improve performance; Support monthly variance analysis for L&T and Integrated Business Planning process; Partner with SC team on developing network strategies; Report and analyze business results versus plan, projection and prior year including R&O submissions; Actively manage risks and opportunities to enable Logistics to deliver on cost targets; Establish fiduciary controls and compliance for Transportation and Warehouse Operations; Complete monthly business reporting presentation for enterprise logistics; Provide oversight and leadership of data and metrics to support SC finance Scorecards; Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting for the Logistics team; Provide investment decision support for corporate led initiatives in regard to Logistics and Transportation; Develop Snacks logistics finance team, assess talent and provide development plans

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain, or Operations Management; 8+ years Finance experience – CPG, Retail, or E-commerce; 3-4 years in a financial leadership role; 5+ years of supporting supply chain operations in CPG, Retail, or E-Commerce; Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP and EPM; MBA optional; Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and direct store delivery preferred; Understanding of Campbell’s various business models preferred
