Job Summary

The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented test engineering team (Asia Test Center) supporting a diversified portfolio of state-of-the-art Custom and Industrial Power Products at Renesas.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.; Design and complete reliable ATE hardware solutions with maximum capacity.; Organize and coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group during new product development to secure on-time project delivery.; Identify and carry out product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design team or product engineering team across multiple time zones.

Requirements

More than 3 years of hands-on experience on Advantest V93k/ Teradyne UltraFLEX or equivalent mixed signal ATE (Cohu Diamondx), although V93k is preferred.; Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and mixed signal test techniques/methodologies.; Experienced on PCB design tool such as Cadence Allegro or Altium.; Experience on lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, VNA, VIPER, etc.; Proficient in statistical analysis and skilled in using relevant tools like Dana or Spotfire for data analysis.; Understanding of GIT revision control.; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
