Strategic Finance Associate / Sr. Associate - GTM

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate / Sr. Associate to join our growing finance team, with a focus on Go-to-Market Finance. In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leaders to shape and optimize the revenue strategy of our business, build and maintain financial models, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and growth priorities.

Responsibilities

Design and own core financial models that support our annual plan, long-range forecast, and GTM strategy; Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate resourcing decisions, track performance against KPIs, and manage spend efficiency to dynamically influence strategic priorities and decision making; Support executive decision-making by preparing high-quality board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations; Drive forecasting and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics

Requirements

2+ years of private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar experience; Strong analytical and modeling skills with fluency in Excel/GSheets; Extreme attention to detail and a high regard for precision; Strong written and verbal communication; Ownership mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders; Familiarity with technology / SaaS business models

Nice to have

SQL experience; Experience in strategic finance at a high-growth technology company
