Strategic Finance Manager

This is a high-impact Strategic Finance Manager position sitting at the center of strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the entire organization. Responsibilities

Deliver actionable financial insights to drive strategic business decisions; Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes across full financial statements; Own financial projection materials and executive-ready presentations; Partner cross-functionally to reflect key initiatives in forward-looking projections; Build and manage departmental budgets across Fixed OpEx and CapEx; Maintain and enhance financial reporting using ERP and BI tools; Analyze monthly performance and investigate variances across operational and capital spend; Support ad hoc strategic analyses across finance, accounting, and operations; Represent finance in cross-functional initiatives requiring financial evaluation

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development; Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel capabilities; Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (ERP / BI tools); Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail; Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; Proactive mindset with intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality

Nice to have

Exposure to consumer products, e-commerce, or industrials; Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment; Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, or similar tools; Prior involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership
