Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

This role is an opportunity to define and build the go-to-market strategy behind Faire's advertising business, one of its fastest-growing revenue lines. The role sets the strategy that expands advertising as a growth lever for brands on Faire, drives how brand-facing sales teams bring it to market, leverages GTM insights for cross-functional strategies, and leads critical projects end-to-end. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role in a fast-paced, collaborative, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Break down complex and ambiguous strategic problems to uncover actionable insights; Develop, refine, and execute on go-to-market strategies; Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, Systems, Program Management, Marketing, etc.; Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analyses and make recommendations to Faire's leadership team; Own the most important metrics for the business and surface strategic insights to drive them; Provide thought partnership to cross functional teammates on using data thoughtfully and correctly; Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps

Requirements

3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance; Strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach; Highly analytical and metrics-focused, able to execute complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance; Advanced technical skill set and strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; Strong communicator who can crisply communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences; Strong product and business intuition with a strong understanding of product and business metrics; Scrappy and resourceful; Extraordinarily fast learner with natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower
