In this role, you’ll need the confidence to undertake structural investigations, pavement and utility coring works while maintaining high health & safety and quality standards. Previous site-based experience is beneficial to thrive in this position.

Responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities

Carry out pavement investigations including FWD, coring, trial pits and DCP’s; Liaison with clients; Effective communication with internal and external subcontractors; Equipment calibration and maintenance; Maintain company profile at all times; Timely completion of tasks; Accuracy of testing and associated administration and attention to detail; Adherence to all HSE requirements taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of others at all times; Adherence to all quality control procedures

Requirements

Willing to comply with test procedures/standards, quality and health & safety requirements; Ability to motivate self and team members to achievement of goals; Reliable and diligent with a flexible approach to work; Willing to learn; Results focused individual. Prepared to work additional hours and be able to work under pressure at times when required to meet client deadlines.; Prepared to work weekends/nights and at times away from home; Self-motivated; Customer/client focused; Respects client confidentiality; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Full driving license
