Studio Coach responsibilities include: member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all while working flexible hours. Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum; build strong connections in the community on social platforms; focus on member recruitment and retention; deliver behavior change coaching.

Responsibilities

Member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales; Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum; Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness; Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building; Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported

Requirements

Social media savvy or content creator; Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one; Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance; Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory; Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Experienced at facilitating a group preferred
