The Supervisor Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) oversees the processes and lower-level employees who work on patient care tasks. This role manages and coordinates care tasks, supervises the process, and reviews the analysis of patient outcomes and care quality metrics.

Licensure/Certification/Listing

- Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

Manages and oversees the work of lower-level employees performing patient care tasks, to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.; Coordinates patient care services, to ensure seamless care provision and patient satisfaction.; Supervises the process of patient care delivery, to maintain a high standard of care and patient safety.; Reviews the analysis of patient outcomes and care quality metrics, to guide improvements and uphold excellent service delivery.; Manages patient care services and provides advice, to foster informed decision-making and best patient outcomes.; Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).; Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
