Supply Chain Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Documentation of all logistical information flows,; Analyzing and correcting data in the databases of the referenced applications,; Supporting the technical team in implementing corrective measures on the referenced applications,; Preparing and carrying out functional, integration and acceptance test books for the implemented solution,; Technical-functional analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical-functional specifications and adaptation of requirements for existing applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Informatics or similar field,; 3 years' professional experience in companies with a large volume of data,; Solid experience in software projects / maintenance / support in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport area (SAP, Primavera, MS Dynamics, etc),; Solid experience in redesigning and continuously improving Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport processes,; Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,; Proactive attitude and constant search for continuous improvement of IT processes,; Availability to work at Auchan's head office in Paço d'Arcos or/and Azambuja.
