Requirements

Specific responsibilities include:; Expediting and troubleshooting customer transactions; Engaging with customers through email and phone calls; Identifying customer needs or problems and designing solutions; Desired Skills and Experience:; Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently; Experience with Excel and ability to learn new computer systems; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Experience at a startup, in customer service, or in retail is a plus!
