Systems Analyst, Development Operations

The Systems Analyst, Development Operations, advises stakeholders and drives continuous improvement across fundraising systems, integrations, and project management software. The position leads discovery and solutioning sessions translating business needs into clear technical specifications (such as data mapping and transformation, validation rules, and exception handling), and uses these specifications to design and implement solutions for system changes and integrations, including MuleSoft AnyPoint/IDP and Form Assembly-to-CRM workflows. This position also owns the Jira service management operating model (including intake standards, prioritization, SLAs, reporting, and backlog governance), applies trend and root-cause analysis to surface systemic issues, and drives cross-functional remediation and adoption of improved processes.

Responsibilities

Advise stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across fundraising systems, integrations, and project management software; Lead discovery and solutioning sessions translating business needs into technical specifications; Design and implement solutions for system changes and integrations, including MuleSoft AnyPoint/IDP and Form Assembly-to-CRM workflows; Own the Jira service management operating model; Govern system access, audit readiness, documentation standards, and knowledge base management; Oversee day-to-day administration including access provisioning, documentation maintenance, license oversight, and cross-team working sessions; Design and execute Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for fundraising systems and integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience working with technology projects and platforms, ideally in a nonprofit fundraising setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience leading discovery and solutioning sessions and translating business needs into technical specifications; Experience designing and implementing system integrations, including middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Any Point, and CRM workflow tools such as Form Assembly; Experience designing and executing Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing during software development; Experience owning a service management operating model, including intake, prioritization, SLAs, and backlog governance; Experience using Jira Service Management or other ticketing systems; Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems; Experience with system access provisioning, audit readiness, and documentation governance; Experience using the Office 365 suite, including Excel and SharePoint; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis; Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Willingness to travel for work as needed
