Tactical Communications Product & Solutions Manager

We research, design, develop, and manufacture groundbreaking products, systems, and solutions in sectors such as Tactical Communication and Information systems, Missile Electronics, Surveillance solutions, Hybrid Electric Power systems, Next-gen Unmanned Air and Sea platforms and disruptive technologies. We are looking for a Tactical Communications Product & Solutions Manager who combines strong technical expertise with customer and commercial understanding, contributing both to the evolution of the company’s product portfolio and to the development of competitive solutions for national and international defense programs.

Responsibilities

Capture operational and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and product configurations; Define and support product requirements, priorities, positioning and roadmaps; Prepare technical and commercial proposals for RFQs, tenders and customer opportunities; Support solution architecture, technical compliance and bid activities; Work closely with Engineering, Program Management and Sales throughout the product and program lifecycle; Conduct market, technology and competitor analysis; Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, evaluations and training; Support product positioning, pricing and business-case development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer or Network Engineering, or a related discipline; 5–8 years of relevant experience in product management, pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering or a similar technical/customer-facing role; Strong knowledge of radio/RF communications and tactical communication systems; Good understanding of IP networking, routing and network architectures; Ability to analyse complex requirements and develop coherent system-level solutions; Strong technical-writing and presentation skills; Fluency in Greek and English; Availability for domestic and international travel

Nice to have

Experience in defense, military communications, tactical networking, tenders or C4ISR environments; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results; Very good planning and time-management skills; High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
